Free and Starter plans and seven-day trial

Free includes the playback, OCR, and task limits published in the app and current catalog. Once the playback allowance is exhausted, a waiting period may apply before a full allowance is restored. Starter removes the playback limit but does not, by itself, increase OCR or task limits; Pro and Enterprise retain the entitlements stated in their offer.

When the promotion is enabled, each eligible device may start one 168-hour Starter trial automatically on the first application launch when its eligibility can be validated online, not on first playback. No account or card is required, no automatic charge is created, and access returns to Free when it expires. Reinstalling or deleting local data does not grant another trial. Server-published switches and limits may be temporarily disabled for stability, security, or support.

Trial and Free-limit integrity

An activated trial expiry is not recalculated after reinstallation, recovery, or a later policy change. The app may verify possession of a device credential, clock consistency, and local-state integrity so deleting, copying, or restoring data cannot increase the trial or Free allowance.

If the trial, identity, or state cannot be established, macros, robots, tasks, and other user data are not deleted. Conservative Free access applies; if the playback balance also cannot be established, editing and export remain available while playback may be suspended until online reconciliation or support review. Users may request review and are not automatically accused of fraud.

Free playback is authorised in blocks of up to 60 seconds that are charged before playback starts. An issued block counts in full even if the macro finishes early or the app closes; deleting data or reinstalling does not restore it.
